DealCraft

A raw sales brief goes in. A ready-to-send pack comes out.

01

Context

A salesperson often responds fast, under pressure, and loses the nuance of the client context in the process. I lived that moment hundreds of times.

02

The problem

Between meeting notes and a sendable proposal, there is repetitive formatting work that eats time and flattens nuance.

03

What I did

DealCraft takes a raw brief — an email, some notes, an incomplete context — and produces a usable sales pack: proposal, email, follow-up, anticipated objections, pitch, next step. The key product decision: the interface decides the next useful action rather than displaying everything flat. It shows the flow — context, brief, pack, send — and prioritises action.

04

Results

A tool that goes from brief to pack without losing context, designed for the real pace of a busy salesperson.

05

What I took away

The hard part is not generating text — it is deciding what to show first. That is a product decision, not a technical feat.

Highlights

  • A raw brief turned into a complete sales pack in one pass
  • The interface prioritises the next action rather than displaying everything flat
  • Designed for salespeople, consultants and B2B founders
What I took away

Generating text is easy; deciding what to show first is the real product work.
